The Dawson’s Creek Writers’ Room Reunion was held June 6th 2015 as part of the ATX Television Festival.
The event was covered by both Entertainment Weekly and the Hollywood Reporter and moderated by Vampire Diaries EP Julie Plec.
Attendees were offered the chance to listen to panelists discuss “the inner workings and emotions that live inside the writers’ room” – and they actually showed up in large numbers. Gina was surprised by this but truly grateful.
As the writer who was covering the set the day of TV’s first primetime gay kiss, Gina also got the chance to speak on a second panel – A Kiss Is Just a Kiss presented by GLAAD. Wilson Cruz was the moderator.
